December: Datestones Updates - New Stones at 1203-1250 and Ecclesiastical Stones, 1227-1231 are to be found among the images preserved by the Société Jersiaise Photographic Archives. I am presently negotiating with them for permission to use the pictures as these datestones have either been lost or have come from properties that have been demolished and are shown in their original location. Many of the stones are already listed and so, for the time being, I have updated them with the Photographic Archives' reference number see: 36 103 194 409 471 595 615 616 686 691 707 740 780 837 1027

Corrections: 1162 commemorates two Ozouf brothers - not husband and wife, names of houses changed at 289 641/42 and 777 the last three linked as they are all Blampied stones on the same property, spouse's name changed at 795, 407 is an incorrect reading of the stone at 1149 - the 'I' is a 'T' and 802 is an incorrect reading of the stone at 494 - the 'P' is an 'I', both were previously listed as alternatives, second stone found at 1135, 197 is an incorrect reading of the stone at 1055, 1106 removed to 525, 1131 removed to 538 and 1137 removed to 869, 1139 moved to 196 - all replaced by new stones, 66 actually begins with a 'G' not a 'C' and has been relocated (with picture) to 1125, 89 is in St John not Grouville (!) 495 is an incorrect interpretation of the stone at 909, the first letter at 500 is 'G' not 'I' removed (with picture) to 1140 and 1100 removed to 605 | Locations expanded at 6 48 54 100 210 243 | Links established between 89 989 and 1127-28 all at Ashley Court (St J).
