In our booklet we've collected together carols, poems and stories from three centuries of printed Jèrriais literature to help everyone celebrate, in Jèrriais, the loveliest festival of the year. Lots of ingredients have been mixed to make an anthology. There are some recipes to show traditional Jersey dishes, some of which are mentioned in the texts. And there are ditons and beliefs as well. We've brought the spelling of the Christmas carols up to date, but the old pieces are written in the way used by the author. Happy Christmas!
