Unveiling, at Victoria College of a memorial plaque commemorating the former students of this establishment who fought and were killed in the South African war.

April 1906

Shooting competitions at Crabbé between the East Surreys and the cadets of Victoria College. The cadets loose by only three points.

June 1906

Annual inter-island shooting competition at Crabbé between 8 cadets from Victoria College, Jersey and 8 cadets from Elizabeth College, Guernsey for the crest sponsored by Mr Haines. The Victorians are winners of the competition having beat their opponents by 13 points

The Rev. Joseph Navarre, a former and well-liked French professor at Victoria College, celebrated Mass at St. Thomas this morning.

Visit to the Island of the Band of the 47th Line of the French Army. Enthusiastic welcome. Great reception at the Town Hall. This evening a grand concert on the grounds of Victoria College by the Band of the 47th Line and of the East Surrey who are garrisoned in Jersey. The College and grounds are brilliantly illuminated.

Death of Mr A. W. Holyoak, professor of Classics at Victoria College for the past five years.

A young student at Victoria College, named Percival William Duke, fell from a height of 40 feet and disappeared from the sight of his friends.
