So far I have compleated the front wheels and perch bracket. I am currently working on the smoke box, chimney and the Govenor.

Work on smoke box now finished. I have now started work on the rear wheels. What large castings!

This summer I have been working on the horn plates and gear shafts. The plan is to have a rolling engine by christmas(better than 3 piles of parts!).

On her wheels! August 2005 and she now looks like a steam engine. Stnading on 4 wheels, rubbers fitted. What a good idea it was to buy the engine crane at a local auction.

Work continues in 2007, the motion and cyclinder are now all finished and there is just work to be done on the govenor, pipes and valves, should be in steam later this year!!!.

Little was done towards the end of 2007. It is now April 2008 and I am rebuilding the safety valve, as I was not happy with the first one. The project is now slowing down a little, but still keen to have it finished soon so work can start on a fairground organ!>
