The rain failed to wash away the smiles as the Constable of St Helier, Bob Le Brocq, officially unveiled the parish's Millennium standing stone at Havre des Pas. The stone is one of the last of the Island's 12 to be put in place and the ceremony was attended by about 20 people, including St Helier Deputy Paul Routier and parish officials.
